| I've decided to accept a late retreat for Rhovanion for the piece in Tro that was dislodged. It was retreated to Rhudaur the only location possible. John, claimed he had sent. I requested that he submit back to me proof of his submission. That message bounced. After sending the report last Thursday, I requested adjustments but also mentioned that I would be away for the weekend. I did indeed disappear earlier than I had expected. When I returned on Sunday I did check my mail and noticed I was missing John's retreat. No reminder was sent anticipating its receipt on Monday. Well, I still didn't send out a reminder. And though in my house rules I state that a missed adjustment would result in the pentaly associated with it being missed (playing short, the pieces removal, etc.). During that past year I have sent out reminders during the Winter turn. At the junction John was not a member of the group. One player was late even with the extension, but the other got it in on time. Hence, I feel that in fairness, I should allow this retreat. | ||
