My reports have a format. The very beginning tells what game, what turn, and who's playing and how they can be reached. The next section is simply the previous turns ending position. This is provided so that you can set up your board. The results section contains the submitted moves and their adjudication. This enables you to move the pieces and see the rulings. If I feel a decision needs explanation, sometimes I will talk about it here as notes. The Supply Center section is next, it shows supply center ownership, and the changes that take place in them. If I have adjustments their shown next: This would include retreats, builds and removals (I show what is, not what might be)*. The next section shows the final position for the turn. It is used to produce my maps. Hence, if it has a mistake, the map will show it. The sections that follow may not always be present: Proposals, Voting, Press and GM Notes. If I have nothing for these sections they are omitted. The last section shows the coming deadlines. *Since a piece can be retreated off the board and rebuilt at home when it is dislodged, I'm going to show that I need a retreat for a specific piece and not state that a build might be needed. In the case where a retreat captures another countries supply center I will separate the building/removal phase from the retreat phase. NOTE: Though parts of these reports are automated. Most of it is done by hand. Therefore, my reports are subject to errors in all sections. I do my best to keep them error free. But, I will make mistakes, mostly notational in nature, but not always, I will always own up to my mistakes and correct them.
